the location was convenient with the marina mall just in front! a nice path along the canal was good for cycling and walking. all staff were cute and friendly. the room had a lovely view to the harbour.

the premium king room balcony marina view had a wonderful view especially at night i found the newly furnished condition comfortable it was also very clean i appreciated the attention to detail. the breakfast was excellent with very welcome staff the staff were attentive. the hotel location is great it is in the heart of the marina.
i found the air conditioning in my room had a slight unpleasant smell.

the location was acceptable with its proximity to the marina.
My room faced the street and the noise kept me awake most nights. small lights above the bed also remained on. Staff could not fix this problem. the noise and lighting issues impacted my stay considerably. i expected more from this supposed five-star hotel.

The hotel upgraded my room to a Premium King Room Balcony. The room was very spacious. Breakfast had many options. The hotel is near the metro station and beach. The hotel team was really helpful.
The rooftop bar was not what I was expecting.

The so-called gym was a joke, barely any equipment. i think they forgot to order enough for an actual workout space. Waiting for one reminded me of a test of patience. it took forever to go to the lobby.
